Description

The Chungki Hornbill accent cushion is more than just décor—it’s a story we hold close at Xaal Xuta. The hornbill, a proud symbol in Naga heritage, has always inspired awe with its strength and vibrant presence. We wanted to honor that spirit in every stitch.
Using a mix of print and embroidery, our artisans brought the bird to life. The hornbill’s eye is detailed with a delicate French knot, while the colorful embroidery recreates the layered texture of feathers. The black piping around creates a perfect frame. At Xaal Xuta, we looked into every little detail of the hornbill to make sure its essence shines through—bold, striking, and full of heritage.
This cushion isn’t just an accent—it’s a personal heritage piece, colorful and soulful, something no one has seen before. A keepsake of Naga culture, ready to bring character, color, and story into any home.
Finished with a YKK zip matching to the base color
The bold stripe design at the reverse helps you to style the cushion in multiple ways, adding versatility
