We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

**On all domestic or international SOUK orders, shipping rates will be directly communicated to the customer by the Good Earth team. The above shipping rates do not apply to SOUK products.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Assam, Guwahati, India
- Free shipping does not apply to furniture products
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For international orders, Flat fee of USD30/ GBP30/ SGD40 is charged depending on the currency you are shopping in.
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
- Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Assam, Guwahati, India
However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Xaal Xuta may charge you for additional shipping costs at its discretion.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
- Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- The order status can also be tracked on Xaal Xuta website footer “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance.”
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
- In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
Delivery Timelines
India – Delivery timeline 3 to 5 business days and Free Shipping
Outside India – Delivery Timeline 10-12 business days and shipping to be paid by customer
Shipping Internationally In some cases, custom clearance might take longer. Duties & Taxes are additional (can be up to 30% or more of order value) and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
Return and Exchange
At Xaal Xuta, each piece is handcrafted with care, making it unique and special. Slight variations in colour, texture, or design are natural to handmade products and not considered defects
- Exchanges are accepted only in cases of genuine defects or damages in the product while receiving.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery along with proof of purchase and clear product images.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Once inspected and approved, we will process an exchange (as per brand policy).
- Curated, Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- As our products are carefully handcrafted and curated, returns are not accepted

Currency Conversion
Standard conversion rate is not followed in case of currency change. You will be charged as per the currency specific catalogue. Please note that some items like gift cards may get affected by the change of currency.
